- I am a textile artist living on the Suffolk Essex border. I am a member of the Out of the Fold Textile Group and East Anglian Stitched Textiles (EAST) I am the Principal Tutor for Creative Stitch which offers courses in Creative Patchwork and Quilting and Creative Stitch Textiles. I teach each year at the Knitting & Stitching Shows and Festival of Quilts. I also offer workshops and talks to groups throughout the UK in person and via zoom. I am also a member of the QGBI and the specialist Contemporary Quilt Group and STARS (formerly Suffolk West Embroiderers Guild)

Logwood Legacy
The Autumn Challenge for STARS (formerly Suffolk West Embroiderers' Guild) was for each member to make an embroidered work; any size, any style, any technique, using a piece of silk.
This was the original silk, from Walters Mill in Sudbury. Chosen for the suggestion of stars in the weave. Everyone had a piece approx. 7" x 10"

Uncharted in Scotland
The Uncharted exhibition of quilts made for the CQ Challenge will be exhibited at the Scottish Quilting Show, Scottish Exhibition Centre, Glasgow G3 8YW https://www.thequiltingshow.co.uk/
Dates 3rd - 6th March 2022

Workshops at The Cosy Cabin
Making your mark(al) one day workshop
Working on black linen we will use markal oil sticks to create a design* then machine embroidery techniques to add colour, texture and sheen. Machine stitching.
Outcome will be a 12" panel
