The Quilters Guild AGM will be held in the Suffolk and Essex region in April 2021. The theme of the event will be 'Hidden Treasures of East Anglia' and I was honoured to be asked by the organisers to design and make a small piece inspired by the Sutton Hoo mask which will be reproduced on a coaster and given to all attending delegates.
This is a small 12" square piece. Markal stick on a black fabric base with free motion stitch and cable stitch for added texture.
